1. All the products in this catalogue are available EX STOCK.
2. DELIVERY
- We can deliver country wide at current courier rates.
3. RETURN POLICY
- No goods will be returned or exchanged unless prior authorization has been obtained.
- We will not accept branded goods for exchange.
- samples: No refunds/exchanges after 7 days of purchase.
- Orders: 7 days after the invoice date all returns/exchanges will be subject to a handling fee of 12% the total amount of the invoice.
4. CUSTOM ORDERS
- 5 to 10 days for sampling on approval of order.
- On approval of sampling/PO received, 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipping.
- Our minimum quantity for special order = 300 units
- No changes or cancellation will be accepted once samples are approved and PO received.

Note that the following sizes are the maximum areas of our caps
- 100mm x 53mm - 6 panel caps
- 100mm x 50mm - 5 panel caps
- 65mm x 55mm - 6 panel rotated caps

- S/M = 58cm

7. FABRIC COLOURS
- Colours may vary by a small percentage due to different dye lots
8. PAYMENT TERMS
- C.O.D. orders will only be released once proof of payment has been received.
- All orders are treated as C.O.D. unless account facilities have been approved in writing.
- Headwear24 reserves the right to withdraw or amend credit facilities at their discretion.
- Goods remain the property if Headwear24 unless paid in full.
- All RD cheques will be levied at a charge of R150.
- Non payment resulting in Legal/Collection fees being incurred, will be for the clients' account.
- We do not accept cheques.
9. ACCOUNT FACILITIES
Headwear24 is a C.O.D. wholesaler, however we do entertain 30 day accounts based on the following criteria:
- There is a trading history with Headwear24 of more than 6 months.
- There is a minimum average monthly spend of R30 000.
- A successful credit check conducted by Headwear24's banking institution.
10. PRICING
- Note that due to currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.
11. SAMPLES
- Samples can be bought individually at no extra charge.
12. STOCK HOLDING
- At any given time we hold over 2 000 000 units across all the styles and also keep additional stock in our global warehouse to be dispatched anywhere in the world. This stock is managed and replenished on a regular basis to ensure timeous delivery. However, should we not have your exact requirements, we will endeavour to offer an alternative solution.

14. TRANSPORT
As we are a wholesaler, our prices do not include transport. There are 2 options namely:
- You can choose to send your own courier for collection-delivery to your address.
- You can elect to use our courier-delivery to your address - the transport charge will be added to your invoice.
-Please indicate your choice on your order to avoid delays or miscommunication.
